Patent PDF Tools
In view of the lack of easy to use and free tools to download patent documents in PDF format on the web with good country coverage, Rolf Claessen of IP Newsflash and a patent attorney and partner with the patent law firm v. Kreisler Selting Werner in Cologne Germany wrote up a tool that does exactly that.
See his tool here.
Also, yesterday another reader, John Segal alerted me to another source for free PDF downloads of patents at Patent Retriever.
Thanks to both John and Rolf. I have added both to the Tools list on the left side of this blog.
Dear Phil,
thank you very much for your nice posting youbt my new PDF tool on IP Newsflash ;-)

That IP Newsflash web site is certainly cluttered with text everywhere.. There's so much text displayed on every page that it makes looking for what you want very difficult.

That Patent Retriever site is really good. I suggest everyone give it a go http://www.patentretriever.com
Its simple and easy to use, and best of all free to download all those patents in PDF.
