As you can see from the sidebar, there is no shortage of (largely excellent) blogs devoted to the expanding and evolving world of intellectual property (“IP”) law. Yet by and large they are written by lawyers for lawyers. Our goal at Eyes on IP is to provide brief, clear explanations of what’s going on in the world of IP litigation, and, more importantly, how it affects you, the business reader. If we meet that goal, you’ll know what’s going on without having to speak (or think) like a lawyer.
