patent litigation

Any publication coaching westerners on successful patent protection for their IP in China is probably welcome. From what I have heard (see, e.g., "Intellectual Property Protection in China is NOT an Oxymoron," recently posted at IP Watchdog), this goal, which challenging, is certainly feasible, if proper planning and procedures are undertaken. And since China is pushing hard these days to be seen as an IP leader, quite likely the Chinese want to improve their country's image as an observer of IP rights. I foresee more books similar to this one on the horizon.
